1. Information we collect

When you create an account, you provide a display name and email address. As you use TicksMill, your session generates account data: balances, positions, orders, watchlists, and preferences.

2. How your data is stored

Account data is stored locally on your device rather than in a central database. This means your information stays under your control by default, but it also means clearing your browser's site data, or switching browsers or devices, will remove your account and history — there is currently no cross-device sync or server-side backup.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a minimal set of essential cookies and browser storage required to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

4. Analytics

We may use standard, aggregated web analytics (such as page views and general traffic patterns) provided by our hosting infrastructure. This data is not tied to your account and is used only to understand overall site usage.

5. Data sharing

TicksMill does not sell your data. Because account data is stored on-device, it is never transmitted to us or to any third party in the ordinary course of using the Service.

6. Data retention

Account data persists on your device until you delete your account or clear your browser's site data for TicksMill. We do not separately retain copies once removed from your device.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. International users

The Service is accessible globally. By using TicksMill, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with this policy regardless of your location.

9. Your choices

You can view, export, or delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, or by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

10. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
