1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of TicksMill ("TicksMill," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, account dashboard, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to open an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

3. Nature of the service

TicksMill accounts operate on a proprietary simulation engine: quotes, order fills, positions, and portfolio performance are generated by our pricing and matching logic rather than routed to a live exchange or market maker. Account balances reflect simulated trading activity and are not backed by custodied securities or cash. Nothing on the Service should be relied upon as executed real-world trading activity unless we notify you otherwise in writing.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

5. Fees

TicksMill does not charge commissions on stock, ETF, or crypto trades, and does not charge a fee for copy trading. We reserve the right to introduce fees for optional or premium features in the future, with advance notice posted on this page.

6. Copy trading

Copy trading lets you allocate a portion of your account balance to automatically mirror the activity of a trader you follow. Allocation amounts, sizing, and mirrored trades are generated by our engine based on parameters you set, and may be adjusted or stopped by you at any time. Trader performance statistics are calculated by us and are provided for informational purposes.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (d) reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by applicable law; or (e) impersonate any person or entity.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by TicksMill or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

9. No investment advice

Content on TicksMill, including trader statistics, performance figures, and educational material, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. See our Risk Disclosure for more.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TicksMill and its officers, employees, and affiliates disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TicksMill harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TicksMill is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before either party pursues formal proceedings.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
